2010 marks the 25th Anniversary of the Cinco de Mayo celebration being centered in the historic 24th Street business district in South Omaha. The business district, with its roots planted back in the 1850's when the city of South Omaha was originally founded, has thrived and survived over time based upon the strength of the Small Business owner.
We are pleased to honor, as our parade Grand Marshals, the following business owners whose vision and passion for the community have helped shaped the economic landscape that bears the historic South Omaha name.
